This is a FAVORITE for all of us! This event is planned on Mill Ave. in Tempe because it’s a college town, so we can get away with crazier tasks. Somehow they put up with us!
Basically, your team will be dressed in theme, you’ll be asked to complete some regular scavenger hunt items as well as tasks/challenges that are meant to get you out of your comfort zone and just have fun! A ton of new friendships always are made, which is why this one has also been a great event to have our newer members join. Buckle up!
We will start at a specific location (announced later). At this time your team packets will be handed out, your scavenger hunt clues and an all around social hour. All teams will take off at 7:00pm and will head out on Mill Ave. to gather as many items, complete as many challenges, etc., by 9:00pm. At 9:00 you’ll all end up at an ending location. 9:30, the winners will be announced and then those of you who want to keep the night going are invited to an after party at our home. Only those with wrist bands will be allowed. This years ticket will include a $5 contribution towards expenses for this portion a well.
This after party is for every one that purchased a ticket (wristband required to enter)

Here’s how to get started:
1) Get a team of 6 only.
2) Pick a team captain (important not to be one that will get hammered)
3) Have everyone purchase their tickets
4) Post your teams info as:

5) Work on your teams theme you want to wear (something St. Paddy’s)
6) Keep your eyes out for chances to gain early points via the event page
***Friday night, prior to the hunt, there will be a challenge in Scottsdale. We will all meet up and your teams (or any members of it that can make it) will head out and try to gather as many points as you can!
You’ll want to wear comfortable shoes and remember, you’ll be in public, so dress as such.
Tickets are $30 each. Price includes:
-Team bag for the hunt
-Tips and $ for bar challenges paid in advance
-After party

6:00 – Meet & Greet Begins
7:00 – Scavenger Hunt Begins
9:30 – All meet at the end location
10:30 – Winning Teams are announced
10:45 – Dancing & celebrating till we drop!
Anything St. Paddy’s theme. This is not a fancy event, just a crazy one. Remember, this event is held in public!
This is being organized with just our group. For those of you with friends wanting to join NOT in our community, we are planning a public Scavenger Hunt at a later date that you all are welcome to grab your friends and participate.

Well, for the participants, yes. For everyone wondering what in the Hell is going on and can they join? Just tell them this one is a private scavenger hunt, but a public one is coming.
If we can swing it, yes.
On a point basis. You acquire points by completing the Scavenger Hunt clues.
We will add up the groups scores and announce the winners at the venue around 10:30pm.
We are asked this every year. I’ll see what kind of a rate we can get at a few hotels that are close, but with Spring Training season, they are always pretty expensive in March.
Really, anything green, St. Paddy’s themed and comfortable (since you’ll be walking from location to location).
