This event has always been E&J’s out of town favorite. It’s set up to be super casual (in pirate theme) and low key fun! Check into your hotel, we’ll meet up and start with a show/seance with Kenny Bang Bang (highly recommended & it’s $25). After that we will head to a few specific local bars, Ethan will have time on the decks at both locations as well. The whole town is in pirate theme and there’s a bar crawl Saturday. We end up back dancing on the town. For those of you that would like to do the copper mine tour or a ghost tour, they are available as well. Sunday, prior to going home, is when we will hit the copper mine tour. Basically, think of an old ghost/mining town that goes crazy during their weekend events. It’s a blast!
In the past, we’ve had everyone stay at one hotel and blocked it for just us.
Due to new management, they have decided they do not want the environment back at their place. Thus, this year there will not be the takeover hotel. There are a bunch of Air B&B’s, smaller private hotels, etc.
The Copper Mine is priced great and is right by all the entertainment, so that is also a GREAT option. The event passes are $10 each to help us out with the event. Since we don’t need much, we don’t have to charge that much! Instead, spend your money on yourselves!!!!

We are just trying to cover our out of pocket, thus the low price. Instead, spend your money on yourselves!
No refunds after August 1. If they wish to transfer their tickets prior to them becoming non-refundable, they need to contact me directly to transfer their ticket to someone else.

Or any other hotel/or Air B&B/VRBO you research online. Just keep in mind, we walk all over, so you’ll want to make sure it’s walking distance to the downtown area.
If you haven’t been to the Seance Room with Kenny Bang Bang, you are missing out! I’ve gone twice now and will ABSOLUTELY be going again this trip. I’ve watched closely each year and still can’t figure out how he does what he does.
Click on the button below to book your tickets for the 7, 8pm show. Tickets are $25 per person and we have the room just for our group if we can fill them up. If the room is full for both the 7pm & 8pm show when you call, there is also a 6pm or 9pm, but it won’t be only our group as we won’t be able to fill it up.
For those that would like to join us at the Queen Mine Tour, here’s the link to view the information on it. We will call to book the tour as a group, which allows parties of 10. First time slot we are looking at is at 12:00pm on the day we are checking out (Sunday, August 14th.)
Since we don’t have an entire hotel this year, we cannot provide an after party . . . yet! If we can locate a rental that we can get away with having one, we will update the agenda and post to let everyone know.
You’ll need to drive to Bisbee. If someone has a larger vehicle and wants to drive up together, just reach out to others to see if anyone would like to drive with you. It’s about a 2.5 hour drive I think.
There is some, not a ton for purchase. Last year we looked and looked for eye patches! If you want one, bring it!
